• 9:30am: Delegates arrive, registration.  Tea/coffee available.
• 10:15am: Conference opened by SFHG Chairman, Mick Henry.
• 10:30am: "Edward Reeves photographic shop, Lewes"   Thomas Reeves
• 11:30am: Comfort break
• 12:00pm: "The History of Photography" Steve Gill
  
• 12:45pm: Lunch break.  Tea/coffee available.
• 2:15pm: Annual General Meeting
• 3:15pm: Comfort break
• 3:30pm: "Understanding your old photos, their past and their future" Steve Gill
  
• 5:15pm: Conference closes

Agenda for the 51st Annual General Meeting:

1. Receive apologies for absence
2. Acknowledge member organisations' representatives
3. Accept the Minutes of the 50th AGM (as published in the September 2024 Sussex Family Historian)
4. Consider matters arising from the General Meeting Minutes
5. Receive the Chairman's report on the activities of the past year
6. Receive the Treasurer's report and approve the accounts of the Charity
7. Elect the Honorary Officers and other members of the Executive Committee
8. Appoint Independent Examiners of the Charity's Accounts for the forthcoming year
9. Approve the annual subscriptions for the following year
10. Discuss and take decisions on any submitted motions
11. Consider any other business

Representatives of Subscribing Societies should give notice in writing to the Chairman prior to the commencement of the meeting of their authority to vote on behalf of that society.

Nominations for the Executive Committee must be submitted to the Honorary Secretary at least 28 days prior to the meeting date.

Nominations cannot be accepted after Friday, 18th April 2025.
