The Supplier is the Sussex Family History Group whose registered address is here (but see below for returned items).
When payment and credit card details are entered online, an acknowledgement is sent automatically to the email address supplied. Any problem with the availability of an item requested will be notified.
Notification of intention to cancel the order should be received by the Sussex Family History Group (SFHG) in writing within this period. "Writing" includes letter and e-mail sent to the Publications Officer. A telephone call will not be acceptable.
The cancelled goods must be returned to and received by the SFHG in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of the date of cancellation. Payment of a refund will be made within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods must be paid by the customer and will not be paid by the SFHG unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. No refund will be made in respect of CDs or DVDs where the customer has broken open the seal or wrapper unless they are faulty. The goods are to be cared for by the customer at the customer's risk. Refunds will be made either by cheque or by crediting the customer's credit card if the original purchase order was made using a credit card.
The laws of England and Wales shall apply to this contract. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation rights do not apply if you have accessed the SFHG Data Archive.

Includes all sales of goods and the provision of services other than “face to face” and includes transactions using the internet, mail order, telephone, fax and from advertisements in magazines, newspapers and periodicals.
