• 10:15am: Conference opened by SFHG Chairman, Mick Izzard.

• 11:45pm: TBD
• 12:45pm: Lunch break.  Tea/coffee available.
• 2:15pm: Annual General Meeting
• 3:15pm: Comfort break

• 5:00pm: Conference closes

Agenda for the 52nd Annual General Meeting:

1. Receive apologies for absence
2. Acknowledge member organisations' representatives
3. Accept the Minutes of the 51st AGM (as published in the September 2025 Sussex Family Historian)
4. Consider matters arising from the General Meeting Minutes
5. Receive the Chairman's report on the activities of the past year
6. Receive the Treasurer's report and approve the accounts of the Charity
7. Elect the Honorary Officers and other members of the Executive Committee
8. Appoint Independent Examiners of the Charity's Accounts for the forthcoming year
9. Discuss and take decisions on any submitted motions
10. Approve the annual subscriptions for the following year
11. Consider any other business

Representatives of Subscribing Societies should give notice in writing to the Chairman prior to the commencement of the meeting of their authority to vote on behalf of that society.

Nominations for the Executive Committee must be submitted to the Honorary Secretary at least 28 days prior to the meeting date.

Nominations cannot be accepted after Friday, 20th March 2026.
