The 1939 Register explained

The lecture will look at the history behind the 1939 Register, its release, and the problems that exist because of its difference to anything else.

John is a member of the Family History Federation and has been researching family history many years and is a member of the Guild of One – Name Studies.  He is a former trustee of the Society of Genealogists and has served on many other family history committees.

He has a lot of experience lecturing and teaching family history, including Who Do You Think You Are and is currently the Research Director for the Halsted Trust.
