Samuel Hall Parks

Information

Born Rotherfield 1859, died Eastbourne 1928, outside his watchmaker's shop in Seaside, Eastbourne.

Information

Tommy Hall Parks

Samuel's younger brother who died of TB in 1886 aged 25.

I have virtually no family photos from my father's family except for the postcard above showing his mother's father, Samuel.

I've copied the others from a relative's collection and would be delighted to hear from anyone who can help to identify the third and fourth photos.

Information

Unknown

Might this be Samuel, or perhaps his father. The latter died aged 35. Is this man older?

On the reverse is "R. Morton-Day, Eastbourne School of Photography, 45 Gildridge Road".

Information

Unknown

Could this be Samuel's wife Sarah Penfold, born in Brighton in 1857 and died in Eastbourne in 1918.

Taken by G. Austin, 70 Seaside, Eastbourne.
